The clients came with the intention to maximise existing plot, comprising an old cottage and deteriorated garden. We have obtained planning permission to create 5No. 2-3 bedroom flats of contemporary design with terraces and private gardens for each dwelling. Traditional front facade in keeping with the conservation area contrasts with contemporary private zone of the rear elevation.
